1. What is htbx|club?
   htbx|club is a cannabis subscription service curated to meet your specific cannabis needs based on your personal preferences.
2. How can I become a member of htbx|club? 
   htbx|club is currently invite-only. To join our membership, please join our waitlist and we will reach out to you as soon as possible.
   
3. Do you need a medical card?
   No medical card is required to become a member of htbx|club.
4. How old do you have to be?
   You need to be at least 21 years old as of your delivery date. Currently, medical patients 18-20 years old are not eligible to become a htbx|club member.
5. Can I pick the products in my box?
   htbx|club is intended to choose the best and newest strains on your behalf. Based on your product preferences, our in-house cannabis connoisseurs will hand-select the best selection of products available.
6. Who delivers my box?
   A courteous delivery professional will deliver your htbx within your preferred date and time chosen. Please contact us if you need to change your delivery time.
7. How often can I receive my box?
   Depending on your preference, we can deliver your htbx on a weekly, biweekly, monthly, or bimonthly frequency.
8. What if I want to change the product preferences for my order?
   Up until 5 business days before your delivery, you can change your product preferences anytime by visitng your profile at htbx.club
   
9. Where do you deliver?
   We currently deliver in the greater Seattle area.
10. Do I need to be home when my htbx arrives?
    Currently, you need to be home at the time of delivery to verify your age and sign for your htbx. We'll let you know when we're on the way to make the delivery as smooth as possible. If you miss your delivery, you may be charged a $29 missed delivery fee.
11. How much does a htbx|club membership cost?
    Because htbx|club is meant to be customized to your specific needs, membership costs vary based on the quantity and frequency of your product type choices. You can view your current membership fee and make changes to your plan by accessing your profile at htbx.club.
12. Are there delivery fees or taxes?
    Currently, delivery fees and taxes are built into the cost of your membership so you have to worry about one simple price.
13. What is your refund policy?
    Due to cannabis law, we do not offer returns or substitutions of htbx|club products. However, if you are unsatisfied with any product within your htbx, please contact us at support@htbx.club.
14. What is your cancellation policy?
    You are able to cancel your htbx|club membership at anytime by accessing your profile at htbx.club. If you are within 5 business days of receiving your htbx, you will still receive your htbx unless you specifically choose otherwise. Please contact us at support@htbx.club if you have any questions

16. How is htbx|club following social distancing guidelines?
    To keep you and our couriers safe, htbx|club is following all local and federal policies by wearing a mask, maintaining social distancing guidelines, and properly sanitizing all products upon receipt and packaging.
